    A slow paced style of yoga with asanas held for longer periods of time compared to other styles. Allowing for silence and stillness, learning to feel comfortable in the present moment

    A class that is amazing for building muscle and strength, working out your whole body while increasing strength and flexibility

  • Chair Yoga

    A class that is amazing for developing and maintaining muscle strength and improving flexibility without the risk of injury. Chair yoga is perfect for everyone; seniors, pregnant people, those recovering from injuries or for those that just want some light exercise.

  • Mums n Bubs Yoga

    A class that includes you and your bub! This style of yoga is amazing for connecting and bonding with your baby, it allows you to feel more comfortable holding your baby in different positions, aids in postnatal anxiety and depression and allows mums to meet new people!

  • Sound Healing

    Experience the healing vibrations of sound. Each class uses the different healing frequencies from sound bowls, to ocean and medicine drums, chimes, flutes, voice and much more.
